Has held leadership roles at the Centre for Integrated Health Program (CIHP), ICAP, and Bauchi & Gombe State Hospital Services, leading capacity assessments, site mappings, and strategic health planning — particularly in Gombe State, Nigeria. Recognized with multiple awards for service delivery and ethical leadership in the HIV/AIDS response. Passionate about expanding healthcare access for underserved communities, mentoring health workers, and advocating for vulnerable groups; active in community work around child protection and gender-based advocacy. Also serves as Head of Department, Pharmacy Technician, at Gombe City College of Health Sciences and Technology, reflecting his passion for teaching and capacity building.
